I am having problems with Bulls on Parade by Rage Against the Machine?
I am having problems with the second part of bulls on parade with the wah pedal?
I have a Squier Strat by Fender (with a wah pedal) and when i do the wah wah wiki wah wah part when I palm mute the strings it just sounds like palm muted strings rather than the cool sound Tom makes. Do any of you guitarists (or people that know about guitars) know what I'm doing wrong?
I have the Dunlop Cry Baby 535Q and yes it is on and the batteries are charged. I think it may be the strings I have. I have Ernie Ball Super Slinky and Tom uses Boomers. Could that have anything to do with it?
What kind of wah pedal do you have? If you have a cheapo one then it isn't going to sound as good as Tom...and yes also if the batteries are low the effect is going to be very weak. If you have a wah pedal where you can adjust the level and contour then try to mess with that to get a more effective wah wah wicka wah wah wicka wicka wicka sound...haha
